How SixGrid keeps your team informed about key project events.

SixGrid sends email notifications to keep your team informed about key project events. Notifications are sent automatically — there's nothing to configure.

## When Emails Are Sent

| Added to a project             | The person who was added                                   | "You've been added to [Project Name] as [Role]" with a link to the project                          |
| Assigned a to-do              | The person the to-do was assigned to                       | "[Person] assigned you a to-do: [To-do Title] on [Project Name]" with a link to the project          |
| Milestone due soon            | Project leaders, associate leaders, champions, creators, and organization owners/admins | "[Milestone Name] on [Project Name] is due in X days" — sent once when a milestone is within 3 days of its due date |

## How It Works

- Emails are sent from noreply@sixgrid.com
- You won't get an email for your own actions (e.g., if you assign a to-do to yourself)
- Each notification is sent only once — you won't get duplicate emails for the same event
- Milestone reminders are checked once daily and cover milestones due within the next 3 days
- Sample project team members (the fictional characters in the sample project) never receive emails
